What is a banned seller?

GiftCardBin maintains a national fraud database which keeps records of cards sold to us fraudulently. Any card sold to us which later “defaults”, resulting in that card losing value, bans the customer tied to that transaction from selling to us in the future throughout any of our stores nationwide.

What is a “flagged” card?

A card can be flagged for a number of reasons, usually due to being suspected as a potentially fraudulent card. Once a card has been flagged, it is not able to be purchased at any of our partner locations nationwide.

Why can’t the store unban or remove the flag?
