From the Admin panel, under Reports, Pending Processing
Filter by necessary Date Range
Under the Location heading, search by the store name/number
If no results are listed, this means the store has submitted all necessary cards.
If the results indicate card/s with the status of “pending hold period,” this means the card is still in hold status and can’t be submitted to us. If this is all that is listed, then the answer remains the same, the store has submitted all necessary cards.
If you see cards with the status, “pending submission,” then these are cards within their queue that still need to be added to a submission.
