In some cases, a customer will call to report they are receiving a zip code error when trying to complete an order.  


1) Verify the address they are using is typed correctly

2) Verify the address is registered with the USPS

If the address is correct and registered with the USPS, please have the customer check the box that says, "....please verify the zip and check the box to continue" located directly under the zip code text box.
